Just ride out on a fast horse and get them to waste their thrown ammo, and maybe killing a few of the heavier armored ones before calling in the rest of your army. They tend to only have 1 to 3 ranged guys, the rest using thrown weapons with very small stacks. Rivacheg is the only city in the game that a dyeworks is actually constantly profitable).Р”Р‡arming Sea raiders is a good way to get cash for the dye-works. (500-600 per week for a Dye works is NOT a lot of money, and will actually dip into the negative in 3 weeks before slowly climbing back up just from normal price flux, and stands to lose A LOT of money if that city gets raided often).you're better off building pretty much anything else in any other city. Though Rivacheg can easily finance a pretty huge army by itself.

Other then that, just check which enterprize is worth the most and set it up. Vaegir and Rhodok and most of the other swadian towns tend to be fairly random (though Swadia does like their jousting, while Rhodok almost never does).Р”В«uild a dye-works in gives a pretty much garunteed ~1200 gold per week on average (between 900 -1500 as long as it's not being raided heavily (almost never is, unless Vaegir is losing BADLY), and ~600-700 even if it is). Khergit and Sarrinid SUCK, because it's all mounted with javalin/shield and bow/dagger. Nord tournements are also pretty easy in general, since you generally get an Axe/shield or 2hd axe. Praven has the easiest tournements since it's ALWAYS jousting only. Then F1, F3 when it's time to murder stuff.
